Our
roaming photographer takes pictures of anyone who wants. Forty-three
millimeter proof sheets are then delivered to your organization
the following week and proofs are posted to a password secured
web site where your guests and employees can decide what pictures
to order. The prints will be delivered back to you about a week
after the orders are received or they can be mailed dorectly to
each individual customer via first class mail. All prints can
include a title of up to three lines. In addition, a rendition
of your company's logo may be added to the title if the artwork
is provided at least two weeks in advance of the event.
Spec
Portraits
Our Spec Portrait Service is devised to provide high quality portraits
to private organizations at events with more than 400 people in
attendance. We work with the organization to ensure there is an
acceptable background for your guests' portraits. Generally, your
decorator can provide a background adhering to our specifications.
However, in some cases, we may provide a background. Anyone wishing
to have a portrait taken will receive a password card for internet
access as well as a mail in order form if they do not have internet
access. Orders may be placed by mail, fax, internet, or phone.
The prints are then mailed directly to the customer..
Pre-Pay
Portraits
Our Pre-Pay Portrait Service is identical to our Spec Portrait
Service except that no proof is mailed to the guests as they are
required to pay at the event. What better way to promote team
spirit than with a Team Picture. From five to five hundred, we
have the skills and equipment to do the job correctly. Finished
prints are available in a variety of sizes from 5x7's to 16x24's.
