Flash, we believe that Customer Service is intertwined with Customer
Satisfaction, and is therefore our number one priority. Our computerized
Order Entry System allows us to access customer status information
and answer questions while the customer is on the phone. We can
also process phone orders or internet orders for those customers
who want to charge their order to either a VISA, MasterCard, or
American Express. We stand behind our product. If the customer
is not satisfied, we are not satisfied, and will do all that we
can to make it right.
